By accessing or using JavedLegalHub, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the typing course
Lessons 1 and 2 are free for every registered user. Lessons 3 through 15 unlock only after payment is submitted and manually confirmed by our team. Free-tier accounts that finish both free lessons and do not complete payment within 10 days will be automatically deleted, along with their saved progress.
2. Advocate accounts and listings
Anyone may register an advocate profile. A profile is displayed publicly on the Advocates Portal only after the one-time listing fee is paid and confirmed by our team. By registering, you confirm that the information you submit (name, contact number, district, area of practice, photo, bio) is accurate and that you consent to it being displayed publicly. We reserve the right to remove or unlist any advocate profile at our discretion, including for inaccurate information or misuse.
3. Drafting Portal
Documents in the Drafting Portal are made available to registered advocates for their own professional use. Documents are provided as-is, without warranty as to their suitability for any specific legal matter, and do not constitute legal advice.
4. Legal Advice requests
The Legal Advice form is a general enquiry tool. Submitting a request does not create an advocate-client relationship, and any response provided through this site is general information only, not formal legal advice. For advice on a specific matter, please contact an advocate directly through the Advocates Portal.
5. Payments
All course, software, and advocate listing payments are verified manually. Submitting a payment reference does not guarantee approval; we may reject a payment reference that cannot be verified. Prices shown on the site are subject to change.
6. Career applications
Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or employment. We review applications at our discretion and will contact you only if there is a potential match.
7. Account conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, uploading harmful files, or attempting to access another user's account. We reserve the right to block or delete any account that violates these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
JavedLegalHub is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on advocate listings, drafting documents, or legal advice responses. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
